Full License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

1.1 Paid Subscribers:

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Emote Generator grants you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

Use, reproduce, distribute, and display generated emotes
Modify and create derivative works
Use for commercial purposes (streaming, merchandise, branding)
Sublicense to third parties (e.g., giving emotes to your community)

1.2 Free Tier Users:

Free tier emotes include a watermark and are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. To use commercially, upgrade to a paid plan.

2. Ownership

2.1 Your Rights:

You retain full ownership of the emotes you generate.

2.2 Our Rights:

Emote Generator retains ownership of:

The AI model and technology
The platform and service
Aggregate/anonymized usage data

2.3 Public Gallery (Optional):

You may optionally allow us to display your emotes in our public gallery for promotional purposes.

3. Your Responsibilities

3.1 You warrant that your prompts do not:

Infringe third-party intellectual property
Contain illegal, defamatory, or harmful content
Violate any person's rights of publicity or privacy

3.2 You are solely responsible for:

Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws
Obtaining necessary permissions if using third-party trademarks/likenesses
Your business practices using the emotes

4. Restrictions

4.1 You may NOT:

Resell or redistribute our AI generation service
Reverse engineer the AI model
Use our service to train competing AI models
Generate content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy

5. No Warranty

5.1 "AS IS":

Emotes are provided "AS IS" without warranty.

5.2 We do not warrant that generated emotes:

Are free from third-party IP claims
Will meet your specific requirements
Are error-free or unique

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Emote Generator against claims arising from:

Your use of the emotes
Your violation of third-party rights
Your breach of this agreement

7. Termination

7.1 Upon termination of your account:

You retain rights to already-generated emotes
You lose access to the platform
Watermarked free-tier emotes remain watermarked

8. Modifications

8.1 Changes to Terms:

We may update these terms with 30 days notice.

8.2 Acceptance:

Continued use after changes = acceptance.
